Ross has been part of Irwell Valley Homes since 2012, where he is the Head of Customer and Communities’.

Ross has a wealth of experience of both the Housing Sector, as well as specialising in customer experience. He is passionate about engaging with and improving outcomes for customers, be this through customer engagement initiatives, anti-poverty campaigns, housing support, or homelessness provision. Ross cares about our customers and puts them first, to enable them to live well in their home and community.
