William Stewart

William Stewart is Head of Delivery at the Healthy Homes Checklist (HHC). William oversees project delivery, stakeholder engagement and technical integration, helping developers, housing associations and local authorities embed health and wellbeing into housing design and delivery. He also serves on the South West Regional Board of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), contributing to industry leadership and professional standards. William is passionate about translating research into practical action that improves quality of life for residents and communities and using transparent benchmarks to achieve this.
