Andrew Fitzpatrick

Andrew Fitzpatrick is a Director at ArcAirTech, a UK and Ireland based company working with housing providers and the public sector to tackle damp and mould and improve indoor air quality. With a practical, solutions focused approach, Andrew works closely with housing associations, local authorities and their partners to support the delivery of safer, healthier homes. He is passionate about using innovation to help landlords meet their obligations, reduce disruption for residents and create longer term, sustainable improvements. Much of Andrew’s time is spent talking directly with housing providers, surveyors and residents, understanding the challenges they face and looking at how technology can be used practically to help solve them. He believes the best solutions are those that work not just on paper, but in real homes for the people living in them.
