Aaron Witherington

With over 20 years’ experience in the insulation industry, Aaron has developed extensive expertise across domestic, new-build and timber-frame insulation. Over the last three years, Aaron has managed and supervised retrofit insulation projects, building strong experience in project delivery, quality assurance, technical standards, and team leadership. More recently, this has included managing Internal Wall Insulation (IWI) projects, further broadening their technical and operational expertise. Now working as a Senior Regional Technical Audit Manager for SWIP, Aaron is responsible for maintaining high standards of technical compliance and quality across the region, drawing on more than two decades of practical, managerial, and technical experience within the industry. Today, Aaron brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge and industry insight to the event, with a particular focus on insulation quality, technical standards, and the practical challenges of delivering high-quality insulation solutions in the retrofit market.
