Dr Gemma Delafield, the Regional Energy Officer for Growing Mid Wales, is responsible for supporting the creation and delivery of the Local Area Energy Plans across Ceredigion and Powys and delivering the Mid Wales Energy Strategy. She received her doctorate from the University of Exeter, has experience working in the private energy sector, and is passionate about approaching energy decarbonisation from a whole systems perspective.
