Gemma Voaden

Gemma is a Delivery Manager within Together Housing’s Net Zero team. She is responsible for successful delivery of the company’s retrofit and renewable heat investment programmes. This includes investment in insulation measures through light and deep retrofit programmes, and investment in renewable heat through source and ground source heating programmes. Gemma is also responsible for Together Housing’s EPC programme, data collection, and scenario modelling. She is committed to ensuring the company achieves its ambitious Carbon Reduction goals and customers have warm and affordable homes.
