Ian Davie

Ian Davie is Director of Assets & Sustainability at Trust Housing Association. He leads the strategic management of Trust’s 4,000 homes, including its sustainability and net zero programme, new build development and regeneration activity, and compliance and health & safety functions, ensuring homes meet the needs of current and future customers. Ian joined Trust in 2022, having previously held senior roles within a large-scale national RSL and Glasgow City Council, leading major regeneration programmes in partnership with the Scottish Government. He is a Chartered Surveyor with around 20 years’ experience in housing, regeneration and property, and is a Board Member of Dunbritton Housing Association.
