Jocelyne Fleming

Jocelyne Fleming is the Policy & Public Affairs Officer for Scotland at the Chartered Institute of Building, leading the organisation’s work advocating in the public interest on all issues relating to the built environment with policymakers and key stakeholders in Scotland. Jocelyne is undertaking a PhD programme in Urban Studies at the University of Glasgow, where she previously obtained her MSc in Public & Urban Policy. Her research focuses on the tripartite evaluation of housing policy in Canada. Previously, Jocelyne worked in local economic development in both Canada and the UK.
