Lucy Allis

Lucy Allis is part of the Low Carbon & Environment team at the York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority. Her focus is primarily on buildings, including leading the development of the draft Retrofit Strategy, running York Retrofit Network which supports the retrofit supply chain, and supporting energy and retrofit projects alongside the wider team.
