Jessica McNeil

Jess joined the CA in February 2014 and has extensive experience in delivering complex capital, transport and regeneration schemes. A Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years PQE, Jess has worked in both private and public sectors managing property portfolios for national banks and commercial landlords with extensive programme, finance and contract management experience.​ Jess leads our Home Energy West Yorkshire service delivering our ambition that everyone in West Yorkshire can live in a warm, comfortable and low carbon home.
