Jill Fox

Jill Fox has over 35 years' experience in the construction industry, having built a diverse career spanning customer service, logistics, sales, account management, and business development. Since beginning her construction journey in 1989, Jill has worked across multiple sectors of the industry, developing a deep understanding of both products and people. Currently working with The SWIP Group, Jill's focus over the last two years has been within the retrofit sector, supporting housing providers, contractors, installers and industry stakeholders in delivering energy efficiency improvements to existing homes. Although she describes retrofit as one of the steepest learning curves of her career, it has reinforced her passion for finding solutions, building relationships, and helping organisations navigate complex challenges. Known for her practical approach, inquisitive nature and ability to bring clarity and order to projects, Jill is passionate about improving housing standards and helping to create warmer, healthier and more energy-efficient homes. Her experience across both operational and customer-facing roles gives her a unique perspective on the opportunities and challenges facing the housing sector today.
