David Chapman

Now working as the Group Growth and Development Manager for the Procast Group, David’s career includes both work in the social housing and commercial market.

His previous posts have included being Operations Director for Eaga Scotland along with MD (Owner) of UKFM Technologies for 8 years. The past 15 years have seen him dedicate his time to working on social housing projects particularly in the Retrofit and renewables sector.

He has worked on numerous BEIS and Scottish Government pilot projects and has a real passion for working on projects that have fuel poverty as the key driver.

David also plays an active role in Government policy relating to its Net Zero targets and works closely with the CIOB on roundtable events and key papers to the Government.
