Matt Powell

Matt has worked for Aico since 2019 and now covers North Wales and West England as a Relationship Manager. During his time with the company, Matt has worked across multiple internal teams, gaining extensive knowledge of Aico's operations before transitioning to an external role in 2024.

As the only Relationship Manager overseeing territory in two nations, Matt collaborates closely with social landlords on both sides of the border. He provides expert guidance on Welsh and English legislation, as well as overarching British Standards.
