Stewart Geddes

Stewart Geddes grew up in Erskine, where he still lives today. He studied Accounting at Glasgow Caledonian University before beginning his career in the energy sector.

Since joining SMS in 2017, Stewart has held various roles in Commercial and Contract Management, working across asset funding, meter maintenance, and data services. In October 2024, he became Strategic Development Director for Metis, SMS’s behind-the-meter low carbon technology business, helping drive innovation in carbon reduction solutions.

Outside of work, Stewart is a keen golfer and serves as Finance Director on the board of Erskine Golf Club, where he enjoys combining his professional expertise with his passion for the sport.
