Shona Fisher

Shona is part of Ofgem’s team that is developing the new regulatory framework for heat networks. She is involved in Ofgem’s work in a number of areas, including managing risks around network failure, the Scottish licensing regime and our stakeholder engagement. Shona is experienced in licensing, communications and supplier failure, and has worked at Ofgem for over 10 years in a range of roles.
