Cross Keys Homes announces 30 new homes in Crowland

Housing association Cross Keys Homes (CKH) has announced the opening of 30 new homes in Crowland, Lincolnshire supporting its expansion plans.
The new homes were built with support fromfunding of £1.2m from Homes England.

The development features 14 affordable rented homes alongside 16 shared ownership properties.
According to CKH, the scheme was completed in partnership with Burmor Construction and was further supported by South Holland District Council.
CKH’s Chief Executive, Claire Higgins, emphasised how the project puts a huge emphasis on providing affordable housing.
Higgins said: “With the high cost of home ownership and many of those who are in private rented properties struggling to pay for their home, truly affordable homes are needed more now than ever before, and we are committed to ensuring we do all that we can to help.
“This scheme will hopefully be one of many we complete in the district over the coming years.”
This project is one of many that has been completed with Burmor construction, who provided 22 houses and eight mansionettes for the Crowland plan.
Patrick Burke, Burmor Construction Director, added: “We are pleased to have completed another quality housing project in partnership with our client Cross Keys Homes, and hope the residents will enjoy living in the new properties we have built.
According to the Peterborough City Council, CKH owns 11,000 homes across the East of England featuring tenures across the social housing, private and shared ownership sectors.
