Cenydd is a highly experienced fund manager and property development investor who led on the creation and raising of DBW’s five dedicated property funds.
Cenydd has continued this success in the delivery and management of these property development funds, currently comprising £222m of capital, and has overseen the investment of >£250m into property deals in Wales while at DBW. He leads a dedicated, specialist property team of 20 and also oversees DBW’s Property Services division, currently comprising c. 40 staff and £770m of capital.
