With nearly 30 years’ experience in key account management, Ian supports Zenergi’s healthcare division, ensuring a complete understanding of each client’s requirements, planning, agreeing and implementing the best solution to achieve their energy reduction and cost saving ambitions. An important part of Ian’s role is identifying trends and analysing data so that the client doesn’t have to. Many clients do not have the time or resource necessary to help them identify ways to reduce their energy consumption and achieve their energy cost goals, which is where Zenergi can help by acting as an outsourced energy department. With a passion for delighting customers, Ian ensures that when new clients come on board, the process is seamless. This customer-centric approach helps the coordination of key stakeholders, and Ian’s open style is welcomed at all levels in the organisation.
