Richard Hawkins

As Technical Innovations Manager and a Business Development support, Richard works as a customer-facing technical advisor for new projects and also leads the Research and Development department. His work in R&D helps to decarbonise the fabric and operation of the buildings that Sevenoaks Modular build, and the factory in which they’re manufactured. Richard has over a decade of experience in industrial manufacturing and a background in environmental building design. This supports the on-going work to implement lean manufacturing processes into off site manufacturing, improve efficiency, carbon footprint, and manage the transition into industry 4.0 digitalisation.
