As Policy & Research Manager at Aico, Sam focuses on tackling key challenges in the social housing sector, including damp & mould and decarbonisation. With over 10 years of sustainability research experience, including a PhD from the University of Bristol, he ensures Aico's products meet the evolving needs of social housing providers, particularly in the face of regulatory changes. Sam focuses on enhancing data on UK homes to support decarbonisation efforts and improve housing conditions through IoT technology, making homes healthier, safer, and more sustainable.
