Fiona Ellis

Fiona Ellis is the Senior Manager for Housing Strategy and Development at North Ayrshire Council. Fiona has responsibility for the delivery of the Local Housing Strategy 2023-28, Strategic Housing Investment Plan 2025-30, estate based regeneration programme, SHU refurbishment programme, the private rented sector, all housing related strategies and digital and business improvement for Housing Services. Fiona has worked for North Ayrshire Council for over 28 years, starting as a skillseeker at the age of 16. She has worked for Housing for 3 years; previous roles within the Council included responsibility for the delivery of the revenue and capital programmes for both housing and non-housing properties; property rationalisation; financial governance.
