Award Ceremony

Building on the continued success of the Housing Cymru Conference and Dinner, we are launching the Housing Cymru Awards—a new platform designed to highlight the projects, partnerships, and innovations making a real difference across Wales’ housing sector.

These awards serve as more than recognition. They reinforce our shared commitment to improving outcomes for residents, communities, taxpayers, and the environment.

At the core of the Housing Cymru Awards is a focus on meaningful impact. The awards acknowledge not only strong results, but the work behind them—policy development, collaborative partnerships, and project delivery that contributes to better housing across Cymru.

By showcasing these achievements, we aim to encourage a higher standard of housing delivery: efficient, fair, and environmentally responsible.

We welcome entries from organisations across Cymru, including local authorities, housing associations, trade bodies, charities, and private sector partners.

Entry is free of charge, and organisations are encouraged to submit nominations across multiple categories.

Key Information:

  • Submission deadline: 30 September 2026
  • Eligibility period: Projects and initiatives must have taken place between January 2025 and June 2026
