Buidling on a previous relationship, The Guiness Partnership has extended contracts with Harmony Fire for two years.

Harmony Fire has further strengthened its relationship with The Guinness Partnership, one of the largest providers of affordable housing in England, following the renewal of a two-year fire service and maintenance framework contract.

This will exopand Fire Harmony’s existing four-year fire safety framework contract with Guinness which features multi-disciplinary fire safety enhancement scope across the North and South-East of England,

Giles Holley, Partnership Director at Harmony Fire, commented: “Guinness has a wide-ranging and diverse property portfolio across England and we have been working with them over a number of years to prioritise the safety of residents, regardless of building type or age.

“The investments that Guinness continues to make in advanced safety critical systems characterises a culture that places residents at the heart of its decision making and we look forward to continuing this successful partnership that encompasses the full spectrum of Harmony Fire’s specialisms.”

Building on a relationship that extends back to 2021, Harmony Fire recently concluded a major fire safety enhancement project at Loughborough Park in Lambeth for Guinness.

As part of the redevelopment of the 1938 constructed housing blocks, Harmony Fire installed the highest specification (Category 4) sprinkler system across three of the multi-storey residential blocks at Loughborough Park.

The scheme also included the provision of uprated pumps, holding tanks and an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system to provide core resilience to the resident fire safety upgrades.
