Housing Scotland Conference & Exhibition 2024

We’re delighted to be hosting our Housing Scotland Conference and Exhibition on 8 October 2024. Moving into its second year the event will bring together the Scottish Government, local authorities, housing associations, the wider stakeholder community and the supply chain to discuss their vision for the future and how the sector will support the needs of its citizens.

The day is packed full of main stage presentations and panel discussions, getting to the heart of current priorities, including:

  • Housing to 2040 – setting out the vision for housing
  • Building effective asset management strategies
  • Don’t forget it’s someone’s home – retrofitting housing stock
  • Meeting net zero targets
  • How innovative thinking and new technologies will shape the future
Fully Funded Tickets

We recognise that budgets are extremely tight across the public sector, in recognition of this Housing Industry Leaders are pleased to announce that all public sector, charities and housing association employees can attend our event free of charge. This includes all day refreshments, a 4-star buffet lunch and an invitation to our post event drinks reception.

Why Attend

The purpose of this event is to provide a platform for current policies, plans, priorities and projects to be discussed in an open forum, discussing the challenges faced and the opportunities available in a thought provoking way. Through our panel discussions we will get to the heart of key issues and are designed to be interactive, allowing you to have your voice heard. The event will also bring together key decision makers across Scotland with organisations from the private sector who have the capabilities and long term commitment to work closely together to improve Scotland’s future. It creates a room full of like minded people where knowledge and best practice can be shared and it’s only by working together that we can deliver a strategy which offers best value for the taxpayer and accelerate the transition to net zero.

Opportunities for the Private Sector

We have a number of sponsorship options available to meet your requirements, these include options to speak on the main stage addressing the whole audience, or by engaging in one of our panel sessions. We also have an exhibition area running throughout the day allowing companies a focal point in the room to speak to delegates and to discuss their solutions in more detail.
