Principal Contractor Procast Bucks Trend With Over £80m Turnover Forecast

Procast Group has significantly reshaped its leadership team with the promotion of six colleagues to Director, as the business sets their budget to reach more than £80m turnover in the year ahead to 2026.

The renowned contractor is set for a record-breaking year, driven by geographical expansion and a growing pipeline of renewable energy projects.

The addition of six new directors is expected to accelerate growth and help achieve the company’s ambitions for the year.

New Direction in Leadership Has Bucked the Trend for Principal Contractors

Mark Lammey (Energy Services), Stuart Feay (Mainland and West Coast), and Rober Hay (East Coast) have been appointed to Operations Directors, whilst Peter McLaughlin has been appointed Operations Director of its North East office in Aberdeen.

Kirstie Adams has been elevated to Support Services Director, whilst Martyna Munro has been promoted to Senior Quality Surveyor.

Under the ownership of Derek Innes, the firm has gone from strength to strength since it was first established in 2007 and is now one of the most comprehensive retrofit specialists in the UK.

The Company Opened New Offices in Aberdeen and West Lothian in 2024

Additionally, it recently launched a Dumfries branch to support projects in the South of Scotland and North West England.

The group have delivered 25% over the original March 2025 budget, resulting in a £70 million turnover for the financial year, as it increases is prominence and market position in the sector.

Kirstie Adams, who joined the business just over four years ago as a Customer Care Manager is thrilled to be appointed into her new role with Procast Group.

Kirstie said: “I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Derek for over 30 years, watching him grow his business since I came on board in 2020 to work with the team. These are exciting times for the business, this new collaborative directorship team makes sense in preparing ourselves for the level of growth we expect in the next few years.

Mark Lammey who joined the business in 2022 as Head of Operations for Energy Services also said: “It’s a great honour to become part of the business’ senior leadership team at such an exciting time. Derek Innes, who is leading the team forward is delighted with the new additions to the senior team joining existing Directors John Patrick, Gillean Watters, Mark Scott and Brian Glancy.
