Snugg Simplifies Energy Efficiency for YBS Customers
Snugg has partnered with Yorkshire Building Society (YBS) to help its customers make their homes energy efficient more simply and affordably.
The partnership will enable up to three million YBS customers to access Snugg’s market-leading retrofit platform where they can seamlessly:
- Generate a personalised home energy efficiency plan
- Identify eligible government retrofit grants
- Appoint TrustMark-approved local installers
The partnership seeks to make energy efficiency ‘simple and affordable’
At Snugg, our mission is to help accelerate the UK’s transition to net zero carbon emissions by making energy efficient homes simple and affordable for everyone. YBS is also making various efforts to reduce its impact (and the impact of its customers) on the environment.
By partnering with Yorkshire Building Society – the third largest building society in the UK – not only are Snugg able to collaborate with a large, like-minded business, but they are also able to help up to three million of YBS customers retrofit their homes.
With 21% of the UK’s total annual carbon emissions the result of its ageing housing stock, this partnership has the potential to significantly contribute to net zero.
