Helen Roach
Project Manager - Warm Wales
Helen is an experienced project manager and has managed the Area Specific Projects division at Warm Wales since March 2024.  She first started working in the fuel poverty sector over 20 years ago and has also worked in the housing and equality sectors, including as an assessor of the prestigious QED (Quality in Equality and Diversity) award.  Helen has a wealth of knowledge and experience of the energy sector, community engagement, supporting vulnerable households and stakeholder engagement.  She currently leads on a variety of locally delivered projects across different areas of Wales.  Recent projects that Helen has managed have focussed on householder engagement with low carbon technologies and improving health through tackling fuel poverty.   She is also a trustee of Awel Aman Tawe, a charity that seeks to drive community action to a low carbon future for everyone.
