Jack Ostrofsky

Jack Ostrofsky is building surveyor by profession and has enjoyed a diverse career that includes main contracting experience and nearly two decades of experience in housing spanning fire safety, development, strategic asset management.

A few recent highlights include supporting DLUHC on Building Safety Act with the Building Regulations Advisory Committee Golden Thread Working Group and is member of the PAS 2035/2030 Retrofit Standard Steering Group.

As the programme director for London Council’s Retrofit London he is committed to increasing the scale and pace of retrofit in London.
