Phil Vaughan

With over 30 years’ experience in a variety of roles, Phil has held senior positions in energy-related projects relating to the Green Deal, Gas Safe Register and the implementation of recommendations outlined by the industry-led, government-commissioned Each Home Counts Review.

As TrustMark’s Programme Director, Phil has been responsible for leading the development of the technological infrastructure that has enabled TrustMark to expand its remit to deliver the quality mark required by the Each Home Counts review, as well as developing a range of additional benefits for the scheme.

Phil’s expertise spans both IT and operational delivery, and he has a particular interest in the use of technology to create more efficient, cost-effective and accessible solutions that will provide appropriate benefits to national organisations, small businesses and the consumers that rely on these services.
