Scott Sanders
Group CEO - Pobl
Scott is Group CEO for Pobl, following a merger with Linc Cymru in April 2024.
Having started his career as a Housing Officer and Chartered Surveyor in Peterborough, he has now accumulated over 30 years’ experience within the affordable housing sector. The past decade has seen him work on a number of mergers and the associated integration/transformation of cultures, business models and delivery of affordable and private sector services. Scott is passionate about modernising business practice, delivering locally networked services and harnessing the scalable benefits associated with being a large Group.
He has held Trustee positions with charitable businesses and as a Board member with Community Housing Cymru.
