Wyn Prichard
Wyn has been involved in business and skills development for over 30 years.
He was a Business Adviser with South Glam TEC and the ELWA/Wales Government—working with SMEs in the region and also was the Wales Manager of the Investors in People Quality Centre
Wyn worked as Wales Director of CITB Wales and oversaw the setting up of ConstructionSkills Wales, the sector skills Council for construction. He was a leading member of the group that published the first Sector strategy with WG —Building Companies Building Skills.
He followed this by working at NPTC Group of Colleges, as Director of Skills Strategy and Business Engagement—until his partial retirement in March 2024–the last 3 years of the role has been focussed on net Zero, Renewable and Sustainability, leading to the setting of the first cross industry NET ZERO Academy —working with trade bodies, Companies ,strategic groups,industry students and education.

Wyn chaired the Wales Sustainability Supply Chain School
Chaired the Skills and Training Group of the Optimised Retrofit programme
Only Wales FE Member of the UK Retrofit Hub—6 working groups.
Sat on a variety of skills boards, project groups and consultation panels

Member of IFATE—Green Apprenticeship advisory community.Chair of the WJEC sustainability skills development group.Supporting a number of organisations in renewable energy technologies and finally a regular contributor to Business Wales blogs and media releases
