Previous housing developments by ForHousing

The completion of 51 affordable homes on Edison Road delivered energy-efficient homes for social rent, creating modern and stable living spaces for families and individuals. The £10 million scheme was designed to enhance the quality of life for residents in Eccles and deliver much needed affordable homes in the area.

Another scheme they worked on was a £1.2 million scheme providing six new homes for people at risk of homelessness. This project, part of the government’s Rough Sleeping Accommodation Programme, offers self-contained apartments alongside personalised support to help tenants rebuild their lives. Built using innovative timber frame construction method, these fully electric homes are equipped with hot water cylinders and electric vehicle charging points. These homes reflect ForHousing’s commitment to innovation, tackling homelessness and environmental sustainability.
